TERMS OF TOURIST SERVICE

cracow4you.com reserves the possibility of changing terms of tourist service without notification.

General tour rules

  • The duration of a tour/transfer is approximate and may depend on many variables (as traffic or conditions of the museums). We do not take responsibility for the delays (caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control).

  • It is required to show the voucher in print or electronic version at the beginning of the tour.

  • Participation in some of our services may be problematic for persons with limited abilities (e.g. on wheelchair). For further information please contact our Customer Support.

  • Participants are required to follow the instruction of the pilot.

  • Participants are required to behave appropriately to the internal rules of the visited museum or attraction. Regulations of the specific museums are included in the description of the respective tour.

  • Participants are required to read the FAQ and regulations of the purchased tour. Such information is presented on the subpage of each of the trips. Participants should take care to be properly dressed and prepared for the tour. The comfort and, in some cases, the possibility to enter the site, depend on this.

  • Participants are allowed to take photos inside the vehicle. Taking photos or filming a driver is allowed after his/her permission. Participants are allowed to film the Auschwitz documentary only for personal use.

  • It is forbidden to smoke (including e-cigarettes) and drink alcohol while being inside the vehicle. It is forbidden to participate in the tour while being under alcohol or drug influence. The driver / pilot, in that case, can refuse to provide the purchased services. The refund is not due.

  • The company keeps the right to cancel the tour or transit even 15 minutes before its start without providing a reason. The company guarantees the full refund.

  • If the target site raises the price of the entrance tickets, the company keeps the right to change the tour price accordingly, but no more than by 10% of the original tour price.

  • Any visible damage or dirtiness on the vehicle caused by the client will be charged the compensation in amount 100 euro on the basis of the issued invoice. 

Cancellation policy

If the service is cancelled more than 24 hours before its start, a client gets a full refund.

If the service is cancelled less than 24 hours before its start we will return 70% of the costs of transits and tours that do not include entrance tickets or the price for the entrance tickets does not extend 30% of the tour price. In other cases, you will get the refund for the services without the estimated tickets price.

The refund is not due in case a client does not show up to the tour/transit or shows up late.

Changes

C4U offers the possibility to change arrangements of the purchased services, as the date, starting hour or participant. Such changes are free of charge if the company is informed 24 hours before the tour or transit starts. If the changes are to be made less than 24 hours before the start, please contact Customer Support for further information and arrangements. An additional fee may be charged.

Pick up and drop off

Regular tours: Pickup and drop off at selected 10 hotels - Andels, Wyspiański, Radisson, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Qubus, Hilton Garden Inn, Kazimierz, Novotel, Golden Tulip. The bus will stop at all of the hotels to collect the participants of the tour.

Premium tours: Pickup at selected 10 hotels - Andels, Wyspiański, Radisson, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Qubus, Hilton Garden Inn, Kazimierz, Novotel, Golden Tulip. The bus will stop only at four of the selected hotels. Participants, whose chosen starting point is not included in the selected list, will be collected by private cars and delivered to the final stop of the bus to join the tour. This solution reduces the time needed to get to the target site.

Private option: a client chooses the pickup and drop-off locations within the city limits.

Transits: a client chooses the pickup and drop-off locations in the cities.

A short walk to the exact pickup place may be required.

We ask our clients to show up at the pickup point 10 minutes before the planned departure time.

Luggage

There are no limitations of luggage size permitted on our tours. But please take into consideration that there are some sites that prohibit entering with any luggage, or they have strict internal rules of governing luggage. The extra luggage can be left in a C4U vehicle during the visit to the museums.

Each transit includes one piece of big luggage and one piece of small luggage per person. Please inform the company in case of extra luggage or non-standard luggage (bikes, skis etc). Such luggage is free of charge. Information is required for organisation purposes.

All the clients are requested to take their belongings after the end of the tour / transit. C4U takes no responsibility for the items left in the vehicle.
